This is fantastic news. Lets hope that it continues after Sunday as well! Where is radio Teesdale, sounds like it is up in Durham somewhere?

Much of the local advertising was for Barnard Castle in County Durham, so I assume that is where the radio staion is based.
Mary-Jess said that her next show would be in a few weeks time and she has promised to let us know the details.
I don't want to spoil the anticipation for those planning to listen on Sunday, but you can expect music from a number of well known classical and crossover singers, plus at least one relatively unknown artist and Mary-Jess herself.
Apart from the music, Mary-Jess's presentation was a pleasure to listen to. The hour was over too quickly for me.

The Mary-Jess Show! It has a nice ring to it!
Mary-Jess is a natural on the radio and this show can only be great not only for Mary-Jess herself but for classical crossover too!

Another wonderful show last night. Disappointingly no music from Mary-Jess herself, but some great songs from some of my favourite singers, and a few less familiar names. Good to hear some new talent too from Ellie Higgs. Singing or speaking, I don't think I will ever tire of listening to Mary-Jess's voice.

Hi John, I missed it this time. Are you able to let me know who Mary Jess played? Now you've put me on the spot, Bob. Let's see.... names included Katherine Jenkins, Hayley Westenra and Lesley Garrett. Songs (from others) included Adiemus and 'Now we are free' from Gladiator. There's another chance to listen on Monday 8th October at 6pm UK time. I guess that's the middle of the night for you

Thanks John. I wonder if I can download it on a podcast? 6pm UK is 1am for me. Maybe Mary Jess can feedback for overseas listeners.
