Collaboration with Rebecca Newman

I thought I would share this exciting news from Rebecca which she posted on the CCUK forum.

I saw a thread for Mary-Jess so I just wanted to let people know that I've been in touch with her a fair bit recently with regards to potential songs for my next album (due out in Sep 2013) and the possibility of collaborating with her on future writing.

I have to say she is an absolute delight! Such a friendly, kind and down to earth girl and I, too, am excited to hear her next album after buying Shine.

I think Mary-Jess has been pretty underrated so far, possibly due to lack promotion with Shine, but I hope we will see much more from this talented, accessible soprano in the near future.

Rebecca has just announced on her new forum that Mary-Jess will be supporting her on her album preview tour at Gloucester Guildhall on 6th December.

For Gloucester I have another soprano, Mary-Jess

Tickets will be on sale from 1st October.

Rebecca has just announced that, unfortunately, Mary-Jess will now not be able to join her for the Gloucester date as Mary-Jess has a date later on that month that it could clash with.

Hello everyone, I'm very sorry about this disappointing news, Rebecca and I are talking at the moment about how we can arrange a concert together in the future. I would love to perform with Rebecca as she is so talented and I had such a lovely time singing with her for her album! Which I can't wait to hear! Hopefully some good news will be announced soon... xXx
